All orders for the live stream rip and ship are final. (see terms and conditions for the items purchased in the shop – non rip and ship items). Cancellation of this product can be requested, prior to live stream, but purchaser will incur a 4% cancellation fee. Once orders are placed and the live stream has begun, refunds will not be accepted as this product will be opened live.
